Hello,

I want to remove the country code from the invoice adress [INVOICE_PAYEE_ADDRESS]

Hi,

You can replace that shortcode with the specific parts by editing it through the messages editor.

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Default Templates and look for Invoice and click on Purchaser.

There is a hamburger or three bar menu icon in the right corner of the main content area. If you click on it, then it will expand to show available shortcodes like this:

Remove [INVOICE_PAYEE_ADDRESS] and then add the shortcodes to show the information that you need and then save changes.

Then preview an updated invoice and you’ll see the changes.

Sorry it is not on the invoice but on the registration confirmation an it os the adress of the Event Location which should not include the country code [INVOICE_PAYEE_ADDRESS]

The [INVOICE_PAYEE_ADDRESS] (and the screenshot provided) is not the Event Location, it’s the Address of the Payee.

The steps Lorenzo posted can be used only the template you need to edit is the ‘Receipt’ template, not Invoice.

Or there is another way to customize the address you highlighted in the screenshot, you go to:

Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice (yes event for the Receipts)

Within that payment method you can set the Payee Address yourself – http://take.ms/URYo8

If you set the address there whatever you have set will be used in that location.
