WP 4.1 EE 4.6 http://ucapconference.org/
I got this message from a friend trying to register for our conference:
I just tried to register.
This time it took me to the registration page.
I filled in all the blanks and clicked on the link to pay.
A sign popped up saying the registration could not be completed “please refresh the page.”
I have tried 7 times and each time it does not go through.
I hope you can get this fixed. You may be missing out on registrations.

Hi,
Do you have any recaptcha plugins installed?
There seems to be an issue with recaptcha on your site.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg Form Settings (tab) you can set ‘Use reCAPTCHA’ to ‘No’ and save the settings.
This will remove the recaptcha from the registration form and should all registrations for the time being.

Hi Vauna,
It turns out that the Fudge theme bundles in the reCAPTCHA library. We are working on a fix so that it doesn’t break if a theme like Fudge bundles in the same reCAPTCHA library.
In the meantime, while we work on getting the fix ready, you can deactivate the reCAPTCHA feature like Tony mentioned and registrations will work again.

I just deactivated the recaptcha and was able to complete a test registration. I will see if there are any more complaints. Thank you.

Hi Vauna,
There is a fix in Event Espresso 4.6.2 so that prevents the Fudge theme from breaking recaptcha. Event Espresso 4.6.2 is available now.
