Hi there, it’s not only one registration, it’s several of them, all dating before the correct download with their ticketdates intact… |

Hi, Thanks for the extra information. I can confirm this occurs on my test site as well. The only common theme, seems to be the fact that each event has a greyed out ticket. I’ll raise a developer ticket to look into this as I am not seeing an obvious solution. |

Event Espresso 4.7.8.p is released and includes an update to the Registrations Report query so it includes datetimes for trashed tickets. |
