registrations csv report does not filter for event

I’m trying to download a csv of the 7 registrants that we have for a specific event, just as I’ve done many times for previous events, but the report button generates a csv of ALL 1100+ registrants for all events in our account history.

Event: https://agilepainrelief.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_registrations&action=default&event_id=15659&default_nonce=824975f9a6

Please advise when this will be fixed. Thank you.

Hi there,

I can reproduce this and have created a ticket to investigate.

In the meantime, I can send you a version of 5.0.11.p to use so that you can get the registration report if that helps?

I’m having the same problem. Not sure what version the original poster is on, but I’m using 5.0.12.

This is something we are working on fixing within the next version.

As a workaround for the time being, if you filter the registrations down to the event/datetime level and then click the filter button at the top, the CSV should then export correctly.

So something like:

Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations

Click this: https://monosnap.com/file/KcPcVczEvRb0YPHBOzNbtTYoBa0n6p

(You don’t need to set any filters, just click the button)

Now when you export the CSV you should export the correct registrations.
