Registrations CSV Not Downloading

We are having an issue with downloading registrant information. When we click on the “Event Registrations CSV Report” button, the normal file generating page appears, but then no document actually downloads, and EE redirects back to the registrant list.

I saw a similar issue posted from other users from many years ago, but the solutions suggested did not seem relevant to our current situation.

Hi there,

Does your site load over HTTPS?

Are you using Chrome when testing? If so, can you test on another browser just to see if it works on that.

Yes to https. It worked in a non-Chrome browser. Is there something I should reset in Chrome?

Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General.

Is your site set to WordPress and Site URL set up to use HTTP or HTTPS?

Chrome will block downloads using http URLs when initiated from HTTPS
