Hi,
The registration tickets for all the events (https://members.reianyc.org/events) we have on our websites are not displaying on the registration pages.
What could have been the cause, and how can resolve this?

You can set your Display Ticket Selector to yes.
You can do that by going to your EE dashboard -> Event -> Templates

But if you require user to log-in before they can purchase, they have to do that step first before they can register.

The Display Ticket Selector is already set to yes… I don’t thik that’s the problem.

The issue is that the tickets is no longer displaying a the bottom of the page like it use to, after the event’s description. (See https://members.reianyc.org/events/main-monthly-meeting-may-2024/ for example)

Hi Rio,
I think we’re now good to go… I did the troubleshooting like you suggested by disabling all the plugins and reactivating them one after the other, and the tickets are now displaying properly as it should.
