I have been receiving calls from customers attempting to register for an event.
When they get to the registration screen, they select qty 2, then register and get an error,or only displays qty 1 fields for registration.
I just tried a registration with Chrome and Firefox, both failed.
Looking within the page source I can see you have WP-Super-Cache enabled, you’ll need to exclude Event Espressos critical pages from caching in order for the registration to work correctly.
Hi Tony,
Thanks!, while we have the WP-super-cache plugin, it was not enabled. I had another cache plugin called Quick cache, which once disabled, solved the problem.
Thanks for your prompt support!
Really appreciated.

Just to note for future use, when you de-activate Caching plugins they usually do not actually delete the cache.
When I viewed your site source earlier it had a comment from WP-Super-Cache at the bottom of the page, so it was serving a previously cached page.
When de-activating caching plugins the best thing to do is to disable the caching feature (not the plugin itself (yet), there is usually an option to enabled or disable caching within the plugin settings) then delete/purge the cache, then de-activate/delete the plugin.
Little more long winded but helps prevent caching issues further down the line.
Anyway, I’m glad your back up and running 🙂
