I was just helping a participant with registration, and I noticed that on Event espresso, when they get to the Registration page that asks for username and password, there is no lost or forgot your password prompt. You have to type in a username and password (with one being incorrect) and enter to get the message incorrect username or password and then it gives you the lost your password link. People who know that they have forgotten their password never get to this step and call or email us for help before they even get the opportunity to try and change their password. Can you ask Michael to add the lost your password link below the box that asks for the password for people who know that they can’t remember theirs? This should cut down on requests for help with registration.
