Registration says "Pending Payment" even when payment is clearly attached

I have a registration (two actually) that are “pending payment” even when they clearly have a payment attached and visible on the registration.

Any ideas? I have a screen shot if it helps…

Hi Eric,

Is the payment itself Approved within EE? (It will have a green status bar next to the payment if so)

Which payment method are you using?
