Registration recorded in Stripe but not in EE4

Hi there

We have a couple of registration that only appeared in Stripe and not in Event Espresso.

Do you have any idea why this would have happened?

If this happens again, I would need to manually add the registration. However, how would we match the reistrant to the Stripe transaction?

Hi Janine,

This has been reported before and it appears to have been caused by the Siteground caching plugin. So it was advised to deactivate that plugin.
