Why do I have multiple abandon registration from same person?

Hi there,

From that image it looks like a users selected 2 tickets, entered their details and then either closed the browser or navigated away from the site.

If you view the transaction for those registrations (click the TXN Date that is orange) do you see a payment within the transaction?

No payment made. I understand that but my question is that everytime a customer abandons at the checkout page, I will see multiply registration entries from the same customer?

You’ll only see this if they fill out the same registration form more than once. If they fill out the form only one time, you’ll see only one registration entry.
