My Registration is not Recording customer Info & therefore is not Generating a confirmation Email. Is there a way to check if the reg form is working? Prior to a few weeks ago, a confirmation page/message would appear after submitting attendee information.
It turns out that the Google reCaptcha setting was preventing the registration from be submitted and proceeding to the confirmation page. Now that the setting has been set to “No,” after pressing Submit, the confirmation page appears.
EE3 is now considered our ‘legacy’ product, it’s no longer receives updates other than for security and will likely be phased out over the next few months.
there could be lots of reason why recaptcha doesn’t work. May we know what stopping you from updating to the current EE version?
