Hi all. My event isn’t allowing attendees to actually register. They can select their tickets but when they click register, it won’t go through to check out. Looking for an answer in as simple terms as possible as my web lady is on vacation! Thanks.

Hi Josh. Things have changed a bit today, but registrations still not going through. Instead, when you click register, it takes you to a page with the shortcode for checkout on it, but not a checkout page. I don’t know a lot (or much at all) about shortcodes, so if you could explain to me in the simplest terms possible, that would be great. Events are here:

Or is the event expired?

Seems to be working fine now, along with the checkout page. Have you made any recent changes to the site?
