Registration Form Not Showing After Restore

Hi. We recently had to restore a backup of our website and now the registration forms on EE aren’t showing up on events. As an example: http://alaaweb.org/events/servsafe-nov-2016/

The information for the site is:
WordPress Version:
4.5.2
PHP Version:
5.4.45
MySQL Version:
5.5.48
Event Espresso Version:
4.9.0.p
WordPress Address (URL):

There are a few possible causes to this issue. You can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.

Tried both of these and the form still didn’t appear.
