Hi
My registration form has recently started generating error messages that information is missing from Required fields even though information has been entered.
this is a sporatic issue happening on and off.
any suggestions. the web address is http://pathfitness.ca/registration-checkout/
Any help is greatly appreciated.

it gives me the following error message:
An error has occurred:
Unable to save registration form data for the form input: “11” with the submitted value: “403-807-8262”

Hi Cara,
I checked your site and it’s running the WP Super Cache plugin. From what I understand, the WP super cache plugin can be used on an nginx server, but it does require the correct configuration.
You could try going into the WP Super Cache plugin’s settings and try disabling the cache feature. Then you can also check with your host and find out if they have configuration instructions for the WP Super Cache plugin.

I disabled the WP Super Cache and it appears to have corrected the problem. 🙂
