Hello, We are testing a new site and have upgraded from EE3 to EE4 in the process. On the new site, which is presently set to a www2 subdomain hosted at Dreamhost, shows that the registration emails were sent, but we have not received them in any various email accounts (we checked the SPAM folders as well). The site’s general contact form is confirmed as working.
We are only using the default message templates and for the Email Registration Approved Template, the TO is being sent to [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_EMAIL] and the FROM is set to [CO_EMAIL].
If the emails are showing as sent within the message activity table then they were successfully passed over to wp_mail() to do whatever your server is set up to do with emails. What happens with the email after that point we have no control over, they may be simply dropped by the mail server.
