When someone signs up for an event on our site, they do not receive a registration email. I tested it myself, but I never got the email. After registering, it says that I should receive an email shortly, but it never comes. We’re using WordPress version 3.9.2 and Event Espresso – 3.1.36.5.P.
I installed “Check Email” but didn’t receive an email. There was no error message though. I also contacted our host, DreamHost, about the issue but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I thought I would check with EventEspresso also to see if it’s something you guys can fix. So once DreamHost fixes the issue, registration emails should start working?
