Too Many Registration Confirmation Emails

A user registered for two different tickets. They should have received two registration emails, but instead, they got flooded with 13 registration emails. Any idea what could have caused this and how to prevent it?

Hi,

If you look in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message Activity can you see the duplicate messages listed there? What you find there could help to point to the cause. You may see the sent email listed there once, or it may be listed there 13 times.

Yep, it looks like it sent it once to the primary registrant and 13 times to the registrant.

That is strange. Would you mind if I take a look at the message system settings to investigate further?

If that’s ok you can send temporary WP login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

In this case, we do not need sFTP access. A temporary WP admin login is sufficient.
