hi, i’ve translated most of my pages with WPML, however when I translated ‘registration checkout’ page, it suddenly stop working. on live site, only the shortcode appear as [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] on EN version but working fine on translated version.
What should I do? I’ve deleted the translated page and removed from trash but still the same.

Hi,
Event Espresso 4 does not have a native integration with WPML. Does registration checkout work as expected if WPML is deactivated?
Also, could you go to Settings –> Permalinks so that your permalinks are refreshed?

thanks. I’ve checked the page, it seems that the shortcode only works on 1 page. when I translate, it will only work on either one, even after refreshing pages, editor, permalinks & shortcode sections. this means I have to add dwi language in the source code, it also means I can’t use plugin auto update as long the booking period is active. but no worries i guess this is fine since the booking period is only for a 2-3 months long.
