Hi there,

That’s a general error that means ‘something’ went wrong, it could be another plugin hooking in and causing problems or your site running out of memory.

Can you link us to an event we can test this on please?

Hi there,

So the error that’s happening is /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error).

The first thing to try when this happens is you bump up the amount of memory that’s available to WordPress. Here’s further information on how to do that:

I bumped up PHP memory allocation with my Hosting Provider. Still no change. Also I just noticed that the event registration does not work on a mobile device. Specifically: The State/Providence Button drop down doesn’t work
The Country Drop down doesn’t work
No pay now button is visible

You might try deactivating all other WordPress plugins next, to see if there’s something causing a conflict.

With regards to the State and Country drop downs, they seem to be working fine when I test them on your site. Can you elaborate a bit on how they are not working?

They do not work on the mobile site. There is no drop down available and no button for payment

Success!!! One of my plugins was causing a conflict. Deactivating them to research which one was causing the problem worked. I only reactivated vital plugins.

The mobile site is working – I just didn’t see the options available at the bottom of the phone – don’t think that is a very intuitive way to design that feature. Thanks for your help!!!!

The design of the select options was made by Apple.
