Registration Approved Email

Hi,

I was looking at my registration email that I receive as the admin. And I noticed that even though I have a full question list, it is omitting the contact information. Is there a way to have the contact information listed in the email without me having to click on the link?

Hello,

You can add that information to the registration approved email by using some shortcodes.

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then look for registration approved and click on event admin.

You’ll now be viewing the messages editor with the registration approved message type loaded for the event admin.

Scroll down to the [ATTENDEE_LIST] area and replace the content with this:

Then save changes to update the message type.

That will add the address and phone number. Name and custom questions are already shown.
