Registering people to an event

I’ve been searching for days for a plugin that does what I need and this one is oh so close, there’s just one vital part that I can’t work out…

Is there a way to add an attendee to an event myself who has already registered through my site? IE by just searching their name, not inputting all their details? Thank you!
