There seems to be a bug in the software for multi registration or maybe it is our setup. I can enter multiple people fine, I submit and pay fine. When I get the online thank you it lists the primary registration twice. If I click the link to edit the registrations I see the two different people. When I look in the transactions I see the primary registrant listed twice.
The reason for no additional names is because of your set up:
You’ll actually need to require the “Personal Information” question group for additional attendees. The Additional Registrant group that was set up will not map to the contact fields. I can go through and fix the 3 events that are set up already.
