Wondering how a registered guest that has not paid log back in and pay for the event? |
Hi Pamela, You can use the Edit Attendee Payment Record page to send an email the payment. Begin by going to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Event Overview. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Attendees. Then click on the specific attendee/registrant and click on View/Edit Payment by Ticket Prices. The Invoice/Payment Reminder area then appears on the right side of the page. — |

I understand how to see the payment status. Is there not a way for Attendees to pay on their own? Is the only option to send an e-mail with the invoice information? I have PayPal set up and was wondering how an Attendee can pay – a way to log in and complete the registration process. |
The email includes a link so that they can complete payment. Any current payment options on your site will be available to them once they click on that payment link in the email. — |

Is there a way to complete the registration process and submit payment through EE registration page rather than give a payment link (PayPal link) in a follow up email? I ask because confirmation e-mails are set-up to be generated once payment for the event is received. However, the PayPal link in the “reminder to pay e-mail” won’t generate the confirmation e-mail that includes other information that is helpful to the registered attendee. Thanks for your help ? |
Hi Pamela, If you edit the attendee from the Attendee list. (Event Overview -> Event -> Attendees) Make sure you have the correct attendee selected. You can then edit the payment for that attendee. http://take.ms/haz3B You’ll then be able to send that attendee and invoice. http://take.ms/jFi3y That will take send them an payment reminder email similar to this http://take.ms/79ai1 Clicking on the ‘View Payment Details link’ link there will take them to a page similar to this http://take.ms/Nr1I4 Which will allow them to finish the registration, once payment is complete they will receive and email for the payment, and then the registration email. Does that help? |
