Register with full address and phone number

[hope to purchase: Business License & Roles & Permissions Pro/ using demo site]

I keep clicking Full Registration Information, but when I log out and go to register for an event it only asks for Name and Email address, there are no places for address and phone number.

Hi eDee,

Within the event have you selected to request the Address information?

On the Event Sidebar. You’ll see http://d.pr/i/QhBW

Make sure the options for question group ‘Address Information’ is ticked.
