I would appreciate a refund on the last 2 charges of $27.97 and $34.98 as these auto renewals were sent to an email address for an employee who hasn’t worked here in 3 years and her email address was no longer forwarded. I am the new Staff Accountant and realized that we haven’t used your services in 4 years but have paid auto renewals. Please refund all 4 years if possible; otherwise, I’ll be satisfied with the last 2 invoices. I appreciate your consideration. We will be happy to use you in the future if needs arise, we were happy with your services when we used them I was advised. Thank you. Kathy
