Reducing Reserved Time for Tickets

Hi there,

I have been doing a bit of further reading around some incomplete registrations we had on live events, and noted that a ticket is held/reserved for one hour if the customer begins the checkout process and abandons it. Is it possible to reduce this time so that the tickets are available quicker for someone else to purchase?

Hi there,

Yes it’s possible to alter the session lifespan, you can do that using this snippet:

That will change the session to 30mins which is the minimum we recommend you use.
