I need a custom contact form that works with Event Espresso and is easily customized but I do not know which one to purchase/download.

Hi Suzanne,

While we aren’t aware of any contact form plugins that integrate into Event Espresso’s registration form, there are a number of very good WordPress contact form plugins we can recommend:
