Recent purchase of EE4 not showing as an available download in account

I recently purchased the EE4 Everything license and followed the link post-purchase to create an account.
However, when I access my account, the purchased download isn’t showing, only the free version. Which means, currently, I’ve paid for something I can’t get access to.

I would appreciate some guidance on this. Many thanks.
