Hi,

I am trying to edit the receipt that you get after going through the payment process and for some reason the logo area is showing a question mark icon. I have already gone to EE > general settings and set my logo but it is not working. Please help.

Hi Cindra,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice.
(Temporarily activate the payment method if it is not activate)

Within the Invoice settings is anything set within ‘Logo Image’?
