QuickPay and EE4

I subscribe to the payment gateway, QuickPay.net/dk, and I can see, that the gateway appears on the EE3 Payment Options page, but not on the EE4 section. Would it be a bad move to buy EE3 to get the opportunity to get payments through QuickPay, even though EE3 is an older version?

I also need to send SMS reminders. Can I do that in EE3, too?

Hi there,

It turns out you can use QuickPay and EE4 via the Mijireh gateway.

SMS reminders are not currently a feature of EE3 or EE4.

Ya, I saw I could use Mijireh, but wouldn’t it be a better choice to use EE3 and save the $49/year?

No SMS reminders? I just saw this blog post: http://wisdmlabs.com/blog/sms-integration-event-espresso/

No.

Good find, but please understand that we don’t support or keep track of 3rd party customizations or integrations. Wisdmlabs does a nice job with their customizations, so you may want to reach out to them and find out more about their SMS Integration.

Update: Now there’s also a free plugin that adds a QuickPay gateway to EE4 that was developed by a third party:
