Quickbooks login window not popping up

I’m having the same issue as a number of other people in the forum. I’ve allowed pop-ups for all my browsers and tried Firefox, Safari, and Chrome, but all I get when I click “QB Connect” is a spinning gear that then disappears.

Hi there,

The Quickbooks API has some recent changes and there’s work being done on updating the gateway to allow for connections with oAuth 2.0 accounts. Here’s a link you can download for the updated plugin that hasn’t been released yet:

You can use the above and install from your WordPress plugins page. When the official update is ready you can remove and replace the plugin by downloading the new version from your account page.
