I’ve followed the instructions and setup the connection with Quickbooks using development keys, and the connection works fine, but upon checkout, I’m given the “Quickbooks Card Authorization/Capture Error” in regular mode. In debug mode, it appears to go through, but I don’t see the transaction in the quickbooks sandbox. I’m not sure if the production keys only work in debug mode or if they should work in non-debug mode, using the test cards provided by Quickbooks that are supposed to work for testing. Can anyone give me any pointers?
The production keys only work in live mode, and the sandbox connection will not work in non-debug mode.
Also please note that when you do switch from sandbox to live, you’ll need to disconnect first, then you input the other set of keys.
