Hi Ben,

I’m not sure. The code that’s throwing the warning (not an error) rarely gets fired, but you can make the warning go away by changing line 362 in espresso-permissions.php to read as:

$default_groups = $wpdb->get_results($wpdb->prepare($sql, '') );
