Good afternoon,

I have event espresso installed on my site. When someone registers for a class, they complete the questions – such as the ones found on this page:http://www.dogtrainersworkshop.com/event-registration/?regevent_action=register&event_id=94&name_of_event=Beginner%20Class.

We are not getting the answers to the questions that customers fill out online. How do I update that so that all submissions for each class registration are sent to info@dogtrainersworkshop.com?

Hi Connie,

Are you receiving any type of confirmation email from the registrants? The answers to the questions should be included on that email.

If you are not receiving an email, go to General Settings, Email Settings and make sure you have selected “yes” to the questions “Send payment confirmation emails?” and “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?”

Let us know if you still have problems receiving the responses.

Hi Nikki,

One of the answers was marked “no” so our web developers changed it to “yes”. I will let you know if that does not solve the issue.
