Question Groups not showing up in event editor

I’m using Version 3.1.37.4.P
URGENT: In the class editor the checkboxes for adding my already set up question groups are no longer there. In the box called “event questions for primary attendee” it’s strange , only a link to “personal information” shows there. No checkboxes for the several groups I have available.

Hi Mike,

Do you currently have the Roles and Permissions Add-on activated?
