Could you please let me know how the refund works in the system for Stripe? Are the fees automatically refunded in the system or do I need to do something within my Stripe account, manually?
Currently, the refund in Event Espresso is there to keep a record but to actually refund the card itself you’ll need to do so through the Stripe dashboard.
Stripe is one of the ones that allow you to refund using a refund request but we don’t have any functionality built into Event Espresso to create/capture those requests currently.
