I would like to remove the quantity column from the ticket selector and force customers to only register themselves. As it stands right now, they have to click the radio button under quantity before they can click “Register” as you can tell by this page example.

Thanks!

Hi Christian,

The quickest way to do that would be to update the maximum ticket options in the event editor to a value of 1 and saving changes.

It appears in the top right area of the event editor and looks like this:

Hi Lorenzo,

I changed the maximum ticket options to 1 and saved changes for each one of my events. I am still getting a quantity column with a radio button. See screenshot: http://www.greatseminarsandbooks.com/images/quantity.png.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Hello,

Are you using an up to date version of Event Espresso (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/)?

It should automatically have that radio button selected like this:

Hello Lorenzo,
I am operating on the newest version of EE. I actually just updated it this morning. You can see by the first screenshot that I have the maximum quantity set to 1. The second screenshot will show you that the radio button is not selected. I am using the short code [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=4673] to place the ticket selector on the page.

Hello,

Is there a maximum or minimum set on the specific pricing option (e.g. ticket) in the event editor through the advanced options (gear icon)?

If so, could you remove those values and save changes to the event?

Hi Christian,

I looked into this briefly, but I cannot reproduce the issue on my site. When I set the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event:” setting to ‘1’, it shows the radio button as selected.

I’m thinking that it might be a conflict with one of the other plugins you have installed. One of them could be overriding the Event Espresso radio buttons and/or other forms. Have you tried temporarily deactivating the other plugins and turning them back on, one-by-one?
