hello i’m trying to export my tickets for an event to anohter service because i cant get the mobile app to work

this is what the ask:
The QR code needs to be in the following format. It must not exceed a total of 27 characters in length including the dashes.

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXX

Each character of the code (X) can either be a letter (A-Z) or number (0-9) so for example:

12345-12345-12345-12345-123 or ABCDE-ABCDE-ABCDE-ABCDE-ABC or A12DE-A12DE-A12DE-A12DE-A12

but i cant get it to work?

can you help? where do i get the codes that makes up the QR code
