Purchaser transaction did not go through complete at Paypal payment

I have a purchaser who placed 2 separate line items in 1 her shopping cart using EE4. However, when she got to the Paypal checkout, she did not check the box to include both shopping cart items in the final checkout. She only checked 1 box. So the Paypal transaction does not include both items in her original shopping cart transaction at EE4. How do I deal with this in the EE4 Admin? I want to allow her to use EE4 again on my website to purchase the missing item. Right now, the EE4 Admin reports that this Registrant has an incomplete transaction but shows the partial payment went through. Thanks for your help!

Hi Jeffrey,

Could you browse to this transaction within your WP dashboard and then click on the Send Payment Reminder button?

If there is a balance due, then that button should appear on the transaction details page for this specific registration.
