Hi all,
I installed Promotions and when I went to set up a Code, I noticed my event does not show up as an option to apply it too. Is there something I am missing. I have played with event dates and tried to change my filter criteria but have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bryan,
While I don’t have enough info to know exactly why you’re not seeing your event there, here are a few tips that will help if your event spans several months and it’s not showing up in the promotions editor:
You go to the promo code editor and look for the box where it says: “Change these settings to filter the events displayed in the box below.”
Then, you set the start date to a date before the start date of your event and set the end date to a date after the end date of your event. Then you click the button that says Apply.

Hi Josh,
I created a new event and that worked. Perhaps because my first event was created prior to installing Promotions that caused some type of disruption. No worries as I got it to work.
