When i try to use a promotion, i get this error

I already tried :
delete promotions
safe settings
reset settings
reïnstall

What’s weird : type field is empty
Once a promotion is made i can’t access settings of promotion usage

Hi Kevin,

The type field being empty is what’s causing the error you’re seeing. Here’s how to fix:

1) You go to Event Espresso > Pricing > Price Types (tab)
2) Click Trash
3) Click Restore for Percent Discount and Dollar Discount Price Types.

thx, that did the trick.
An other problem, i set the max times that the code can be used to 2 and in the admin I see 1/12 used..

The setting is actually per scope item. So it sounds like the promotion is set apply toward 6 events. If you want the promotion to be no more than 2 times, it will need to be only applicable to 1 event, or 2 events with a per scope item set to 1.
