After a recent update to get volume discounts going, the Promotional Code Box disappeared and now registrants can’t put in discount codes.
Help!
My people that are freebies/discounts can’t register and its costing us registrants.

Hi there,
I had a look at one of your event and the promotion code input is shown on singe event registrations but not within the event cart for MER.
Do you have EE set to allow discounts within the shipping cart?
Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Search for ‘Allow discounts in the shopping cart?’ and make sure that is set to Yes.
