Promotion setup done and sample promotion setup is there.
I do not understand what and how “coded” or “uncoded” is all about. I do not see any logic, doc uncomplete for my understanding.
Anyway, i played around different settings, Promotion input does work at ticket sale, but promotion widget and shortcode [ESPRESSO_PROMOTIONS] is empty under all variations….

Hi there,
Simply put, if you input a Code for a promotion, it’s a coded promotion. If you leave the Code field blank, it’s uncoded, and it’s the uncoded promotions that display in the widget. Coded promotions do not display in the widget.

Thank you, if no code available this means, every sale has a discount? O.K. that is why widget is empty with code.
And if a code is there, only specific people are able to get discount….
Hope i got it right.

That’s right, the code-less promotion is automatically applied to every order for the scope items, up until the option limit is met.
