Promotion Code Only Being Applied Once to Two Ticket Purchase

Hi Guys,

Client has just noticed that when someone uses their promotion code and buys two tickets the promotion code is only applied to the one ticket, not the two. Doesn’t seem to be any options in Event Espresso back-end to make it apply to each individual ticket rather than the whole transaction. Was hoping you could help.

Hi Katie,

Currently that’s the expected behavior for promotions codes, they apply to the whole event rather than individual tickets.

We do have plans to add an option to the promotion codes to apply to tickets on our roadmap:

However this is not currently available.

You could use a promotion code for a percentage discount rather than a fixed value.
