Promocode not showing in cart page

We enable all setting from admin section of promocode still not showing any field to apply promocode on checkout or cart pages.

Looking on your site it looks like the ‘Promo code’ field is loading correctly on the registration form: https://monosnap.com/file/plxHN55ZuKAnAd0jAOeDQTS8pFbdIw
