Promocode/ Discount Code not working

Hi, need some help please. So I have set up a promotions code, however when I go to do a test booking, it doesn’t work. When I get to the part ‘SUBMIT PROMO CODE’ when I start to type in the code, the box vanishes. Anyone got any ideas why it might be doing this? Doesn’t seem to be a browser issue, could it be a conflict? ANy thought would be appreciated. https://i40connectforum.com/events/i40-connect-forum-budapest/

Hi there,

I’ve just tested adding some text to your promo code field and it didn’t disappear, your theme is setting the border of inputs to be transparent so there’s no indication there is an input field there if that’s the problem?

If so you can add something like:

#ee-promotion-code-input {
    border: solid 1px #ccc;
}

To Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to add a grey board the same colour as the table on that field.

If not can you add a screenshot that shows the problem?
