Hi Everyone:
Pretty simple problem here. I created a 100% promo code and tried to test it by regsitering for one of my own events. The promo code is:
3rtfreewebinar
When I submit the registration, a red message appears that says the promo code is not valid or has expired. Feel free to try for yourself:

Hi,
The promo code you made, was it made via the Promo codes or via the Social Coupons addon?
If it was made via the Social Coupons,´you will need to turn on the “Allow GROUPON codes?” setting in the event, a new field will appear in the registration page saying Enter Voucher code.

I set it up in the “Promo Codes” section. Very straight forward. Here is the error code:
Sorry, promotional code 3rtfreewebinar is either invalid, expired, or can not be used for the event(s) you are applying it to.

Oh! So you have to allow the promo codes on each individual event!
I checked “All Promo Codes (Even Non Global)” and it processed alright.
Is there some documentation on how to use promo codes? I couldn;t find any.

That’s weird, that shouldn’t happen.
Is this a global promo code?
What settings are in the event (promo code related)? A screenshot would be great if possible.

No, it wasn’t a global promo code, and I’m a jerk . . . I should have read the documentation, but I assumed it was a piece of cake.
