I need to know how to do the following in the payment processing of the site. I have not been able to find the answers anywhere.

1. Delete/Refund a payment and leave person registered and approved.
2. Apply a discount code to someone who has already registered.
3. Have the person registering company’s name appear on invoices.
4. How to change a registration to correct ticket.

Hi there,

1. Delete/Refund a payment and leave person registered and approved.

You apply the refund within the transaction.

Edit the registration you are looking for and click the ‘View Transaction’ button – http://take.ms/9WfiR

Within there you can apply a refund – http://take.ms/zPVE8

When you do this EE will ask you what to change the registration status to – http://take.ms/2iLq5

Set that to ‘Leave the same’ if the user is already approved and that is what you wish to leave tham at, or set a specific status if not.

2. Apply a discount code to someone who has already registered.

Currently to do that you would need to apply a payment within the same section above, you can apply an admin payment and the user can then pay the remainder.

3. Have the person registering company’s name appear on invoices.

How are you collecting the company name? Within a custom question?

If so you can use the [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*{custom question text}] shortcode within the Invoice template. If you can let me know how your collecting the information I can provide further details on this.

4. How to change a registration to correct ticket.

Currently you can not change a registrations ticket, you need to cancel the original registration and re-register the user onto the correct ticket.
