Hi there,
You apply the refund within the transaction. Edit the registration you are looking for and click the ‘View Transaction’ button – http://take.ms/9WfiR Within there you can apply a refund – http://take.ms/zPVE8 When you do this EE will ask you what to change the registration status to – http://take.ms/2iLq5 Set that to ‘Leave the same’ if the user is already approved and that is what you wish to leave tham at, or set a specific status if not.
Currently to do that you would need to apply a payment within the same section above, you can apply an admin payment and the user can then pay the remainder.
How are you collecting the company name? Within a custom question? If so you can use the
