Processed registrations / transactions not showing up in member’s account

I have at least 2 examples where correctly processed ticket purchases do not show up in the member’s account. There are correct transactions / registration records, but that’s it.

Do those registration records match the user account information exactly?

At the risk of being an idiot, I’ll repeat the process as two tickets were on my account, then I can verify what the answer to your question is.
